Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how Kraite may be used, what risks you accept when connecting an exchange, and where responsibility stays with you as the account owner.

Effective date: May 17, 2026

Software only

Kraite provides trading software. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian, adviser, or fiduciary.

High-risk markets

Crypto prices can move violently. You may lose some or all of your capital.

Your exchange account

You control API permissions, balances, account security, taxes, and whether automation is appropriate.

Important trading risk notice

Automated trading can amplify mistakes, market volatility, exchange failures, API errors, stale data, latency, bugs, liquidations, slippage, and incorrect user settings. Kraite does not guarantee profit, loss avoidance, order execution, uptime, or account growth.

Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Kraite, including the website, registration flow, software, trading automation tools, dashboards, notifications, documentation, and related services.

By creating an account, connecting an exchange, enabling trading, or otherwise using Kraite, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Kraite.

What Kraite does

Kraite provides software tools that may help users connect their own exchange accounts, view market and account information, configure trading preferences, and automate certain trading workflows.

Kraite is a software provider. Kraite is not an exchange, broker, dealer, custodian, bank, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, or financial planner.

No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

Kraite does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, legal, or other professional advice. Information shown in the product, including signals, statistics, projections, market data, explanations, alerts, risk indicators, backtests, or automated actions, is provided for informational and software-operation purposes only.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether any trading, investing, account configuration, risk setting, API permission, or automated strategy is appropriate for you.

Crypto and trading risk disclosure

You may lose some or all of your capital. You should not trade or allocate funds that you cannot afford to lose.
  • Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably.
  • Liquidity may disappear or order books may gap.
  • Execution can fail, delay, duplicate, or reject.
  • Exchanges may suffer downtime, insolvency, hacks, liquidations, or rule changes.

Past performance, backtests, simulations, examples, targets, screenshots, or projected returns do not guarantee future results.

No guarantee of returns

Kraite does not guarantee profit, yield, account growth, loss avoidance, trade execution, uptime, performance, liquidity, price accuracy, order fill quality, or availability of any exchange, API, symbol, wallet, network, or third-party service.

Any target return, strategy description, or performance statement is illustrative and may not be achieved. Trading results depend on market conditions, user settings, account balance, exchange execution, fees, slippage, latency, taxes, and other factors outside Kraite's control.

User responsibility and account security

You are responsible for your account, credentials, devices, passwords, API keys, exchange permissions, whitelists, trading settings, balances, tax obligations, and compliance with laws applicable to you.

Keep credentials secure.
Use IP restrictions where possible.
Disable withdrawal permissions.

API keys and exchange access

By connecting API keys, you authorize Kraite to use those keys for the permissions you grant at your exchange. Kraite cannot control how an exchange handles API requests, rejected orders, downtime, rate limits, permission changes, or account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for creating, limiting, rotating, disabling, or deleting API keys at your exchange.

Automated trading and technical failures

Automated trading software can malfunction or behave unexpectedly. Technical issues may include bugs, server downtime, exchange downtime, connectivity issues, incorrect balances, stale prices, order duplication, missing orders, delayed jobs, data-provider errors, database issues, network interruptions, queue failures, notification delays, deployment errors, or third-party outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraite is not liable for trading losses, missed profits, missed opportunities, liquidations, account drawdowns, tax consequences, fees, slippage, exchange penalties, or other damages caused by technical issues, product behavior, automation, user settings, third-party systems, or market conditions.

Beta and experimental features

Private beta, trial, preview, experimental, AI-assisted, backtesting, or newly released features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or changed without notice. You use beta features at your own risk.

Third-party services and market data

Kraite may rely on third-party exchanges, market-data providers, blockchain networks, wallets, APIs, cloud providers, payment processors, email services, and other systems. Kraite is not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, outages, data errors, security incidents, fees, policy changes, or service limitations.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Subscription fees, billing periods, top-ups, discounts, trials, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in the application. Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, subscription fees and consumed services are non-refundable. Kraite may change pricing, plan features, limits, or billing terms with notice where required.

If you decide to stop using Kraite, you may apply for a balance refund. Where your account has any remaining unused balance, Kraite will refund the full remaining balance, if any.

Public statements and reputation

You must not publish, distribute, promote, or encourage false, misleading, defamatory, malicious, or unlawful statements about Kraite, its operators, employees, contractors, partners, products, or services.

Kraite reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages, where public statements or campaigns are false, defamatory, abusive, malicious, or otherwise unlawful.

Nothing in these terms prevents truthful reviews, fair opinions, lawful complaints, reports to regulators, or good-faith public discussion based on accurate facts.

Prohibited use

  • You must not use Kraite for unlawful activity, market manipulation, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or unauthorized access.
  • You must not attack systems, scrape abusively, reverse engineer the service, violate exchange terms, or infringe third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraite and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, trading, market, or financial damages, including loss of capital, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraite's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Kraite for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

No warranties

Kraite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kraite disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uptime, security, and error-free operation.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kraite from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, exchange accounts, API keys, trading activity, breach of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

Kraite may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Kraite after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
