Information Kraite processes
Account information: your name, email address, authentication details, subscription, preferences, and support communications.
Exchange and trading data: the exchange credentials and settings you provide, plus balances, positions, orders, fills, symbols, market data, and trading history needed to operate and monitor the service.
Technical data: device, browser, network, request, security, diagnostic, and application-log information generated when the service is used.
How information is used
Kraite uses information to create and authenticate accounts, connect to exchanges, provide dashboard and mobile features, execute requested automation, monitor account and system health, prevent abuse, investigate failures, communicate service events, support users, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and exchanges
Information may be sent to the exchange you connect and to infrastructure, market-data, payment, email, notification, security, and support providers when necessary to deliver Kraite. Kraite does not sell personal information.
Security and access
Kraite applies technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system is completely secure. You remain responsible for protecting your password, devices, exchange API permissions, and account access.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. You may request account or personal-data deletion, subject to records Kraite must retain.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can revoke exchange access by disabling or deleting Kraite API keys at your exchange. Some service functions cannot operate without the information they require.
